Finalist in the Lendlease Bradfield Urbanisation Scholarship,  2016

 

This article is based on an architectural presentation, essay and interview on my vision for Sydney's future. [Click on Images to Expand]

The Lendlease Bradfield Urbanisation Scholarship recognises and honours the work of John Bradfield. It aims to encourage academic excellence and creativity in first and second year undergraduate students in studies related to urbanism. As a finalist, I was interviewed by The Daily Telegraph, invited to attend the 2016 Bradfield Oration and was offered an internship with  Lendlease DesignMake.

Exhibiting Architecture Student in the Para-functional Exhibition, Museum of Contemporary ARTBAR, May 2016

 

The Museum of Contemporary Art ARTBAR is an after-hours event held on the last Friday of every month. It brings exhibitions, music and live acts together under the direction of a guest curator. Under the creative direction of my university tutors, Chris Fox and Koji Ryui, one of my university projects 'Intangible Sensitivity' was part of the Para-Functional Exhibition, an interactive exhibition hosted at the MCA ARTBAR and curated by Huseyin Sami in May 2016.

Shortlisted for the Youth Art Prize + Exhibiting Artist at the Mosman Youth Art Prize Exhibition 2016,   Mosman Art Gallery.

 

The Mosman Youth Art Prize is an annual competition organised by the Mosman Council that aims to encourage the creative talents of young, aspiring and emerging artists whilst providing a showcase for their works. My painting 'Ungravity' was shortlisted for the prize and exhibited at the gallery as part of the Mosman Youth Art Prize Exhibition (9 July to 7 August, 2016).

Exhibiting Artist in ARTEXPRESS 2015, Wagga Wagga Art Gallery.

 

ARTEXPRESS is an annual series of exhibitions of exemplary artworks created by New South Wales visual arts students for the Higher School Certificate examination. My Visual Arts Major Work title 'Progression' was exhibited at the Wagga Wagga Art Gallery ARTEXPRESS Exhibition.
